Acromial Facet Anatomy in 3D | Rolandic Anatomy

A small articular surface on the lateral end of the clavicle for the acromioclavicular joint. Degeneration of this facet is a common source of AC joint osteoarthritis, often requiring surgical resection (Mumford procedure).
