Head of Ulna (Articular Circumference) Anatomy in 3D

The smooth surface on the lateral aspect of the distal ulna articulating with the radius. Disruption of this joint (Distal Radioulnar Joint or DRUJ) is common in Galeazzi fractures and causes significant wrist pain and instability.
