Left Lung (Si+sii), Apicoposterior Segment Anatomy in 3D

A combined segment in the left upper lobe due to the shared bronchus. This segment is frequently involved in cavitary lung diseases and is a common site for the development of apical blebs that can lead to spontaneous pneumothorax.
