Lesser Horn of Hyoid Bone Anatomy in 3D

Small "fangs" on the hyoid bone. They are attached to the "Stylohyoid Ligament"; if this ligament turns into bone (calcifies), it causes "Eagle Syndrome", a sharp pain in the throat when swallowing.
