Liver, Colic Impression Anatomy in 3D

An indentation on the inferior surface of the liver made by the hepatic flexure of the colon. Inflammation of the gallbladder (cholecystitis) can cause adhesions to the colon at this site, potentially leading to a cholecystocolic fistula.
