Lumbar Plexus (Branches of Posterior Part)

These branches arise from the posterior divisions of L2-L4 ventral rami and primarily innervate posterior thigh musculature. They include the superior gluteal nerve, inferior gluteal nerve, posterior femoral cutaneous nerve, and the quadratus femoris nerve.
