Pancreas, Antero-Inferior Surface Anatomy in 3D

The portion of the pancreas covered by the peritoneum of the greater omentum. This surface is often involved in the formation of pancreatic pseudocysts following a bout of acute pancreatitis, which may require surgical or endoscopic drainage.
