Sternochondral Synchondrosis of First Rib Anatomy in 3D

The "Joint" for the first rib. Unlike the other ribs, this joint is "stiff" and doesn't move; a fracture of the first rib is a sign of a "Massive Trauma" (like a plane crash) and usually means the "Aorta" is also torn.
